At Mau Farm, we believe the best lessons happen when your hands are in the soil and your heart is in the moment. That’s why our Farm Education experiences are designed to turn curiosity into understanding.

Children (and curious adults!) get to discover where their food comes from, how animals are cared for, and what it takes to grow and harvest with respect for nature.

What’s Included in the Experience?

• Making butter from scratch

• Learning how bread is made

• Meeting our seasonal farm animals

• Harvesting fresh produce and cooking over an open fire

• Understanding the natural cycles of farming

As your host and guide, I’m Wiebke Philipp-Mau — farmer, household management specialist, and certified farm educator. My mission is simple: help children reconnect with the source of their food and appreciate its value.

With small groups, plenty of hands-on activities, and lots of laughter, our farm becomes a classroom without walls and the lessons last a lifetime.
